حذر وزير الاعلام معمر الارياني من مخاطر غرق أو انفجار ناقلة النفط صافر، ودق ناقوس الخطر لتدارك كارثة بشرية واقتصادية وبيئية تفوق انفجار مرفا بيروت بمئات المرات.
وقال "ان حادث الانفجار الهائل في مرفأ بيروت وما خلفه من خسائر بشرية فادحة واضرار كارثية على البيئة والاقتصاد اللبناني تذكرنا بالقنبلة الموقوتة "ناقلة النفط صافر" الراسية قبالة ميناء راس عيسى في البحر الاحمر، والتي تتخذها مليشيا الحوثي ورقة للضغط والابتزاز ".
واشار الى ان المليشيا الحوثية المدعومة من ايران تراوغ وتمنع صيانة او تفريغ خزان صافر النفطي الذي يحوي اكثر من مليون برميل، دون اكتراث بالمخاطر المترتبة عن تسرب او انفجار الناقلة على أرواح المدنيين والبنية التحتية والاقتصاد والاضرار البيئية على اليمن والإقليم.
وناشد الارياني المجتمع الدولي للتدخل والضغط على المليشيا الحوثية المدعومة ايرانيا وسرعة العمل على وقف مخاطر تسرب أو غرق أو انفجار ناقلة النفط صافر قبل نفاذ الوقت.
The Minister of media , Muammar Al-Iryani, warned of the risks of drowning or exploding the tanker whistle, and sounded the alarm to prevent a human, economic and environmental catastrophe that exploded hundreds of times in the port of Beirut.
He said, "The massive explosion incident at Beirut Port and the huge human losses and catastrophic damage to the environment and the Lebanese economy remind us of the time bomb" tanker Saffer "moored off the port of Ras Issa in the Red Sea, which is taken by the Houthi militia as a card of pressure and blackmail.
He pointed out that the Houthi militia supported by Iran has eluded and prevented the maintenance or emptying of the Saffer oil tank, which contains more than a million barrels, without regard to the risks of the tanker leakage or explosion on civilian lives, infrastructure, economy and environmental damage to Yemen and the region.
Al-Iryani appealed to the international community to intervene and put pressure on the Iranian-backed Houthi militia and to work quickly to stop the risks of a leaking oil tanker, drowning or explosion before the time runs out.
