انتشر أفراد التدخل السريع والإخلاء والإنقاذ بقوات خفر السواحل بحضرموت، على سواحل مدينة المكلا، وسواحل المحافظة، لحماية المواطنين من حوادث الغرق، تنفيذاً لتوجيهات قائد قوات خفر السواحل المقدم سالم عوض النموري.
وخلال عملية الانتشار في السواحل وخصوصاً اماكن تجمعات المواطنين والأسر، وجّه أفراد التدخل السريع والاخلاء والانقاذ الرسائل التوعوية للمواطنين، محذرينهم من عدم الاغتسال من بعد الساعة التاسعة صباحاً، نظراً لارتفاع امواج البحر وهيجانه خلال فصل الخريف.
ودعا أفراد خفر السواحل المواطنين إلى التقيد والالتزام بالارشادات الصادرة من خفر السواحل، حفاظاً على سلامتهم من حالات الغرق المتكررة في كل خريف من كل عام، وطلب المساعدة في حالة حدوث أي حالة غرق لا قدر الله عبر ارقام عمليات خفر السواحل.
الجدير بالذكر أن محافظ حضرموت قائد المنطقة العسكرية الثانية اللواء الركن فرج سالمين البحسني كان قد وجٌه قيادة خفر السواحل برفع جاهزيتها ونشر دورياتها وتكثيفها في سواحل المحافظة خلال فصل الخريف، بهدف حماية المواطنين من حالات الغرق.

Col. Salem Awad Al-Nimri.
During the process of spreading to the coasts, especially the places of gathering of citizens and families, members of the rapid intervention, evacuation and rescue sent out educational messages to citizens, warning them not to wash after nine o'clock in the morning, due to the high waves and frenzy of the sea during the fall season.
Coast Guard personnel called on citizens to adhere to the guidelines issued by the Coast Guard, in order to preserve their safety from repeated drowning cases in every fall every year, and to request assistance in the event of any drowning case, through the numbers of the Coast Guard operations.
It is worth noting that the governor of Hadhramaut, the commander of the second military region, Major General Faraj Salmin Al-Bahsni, had instructed the Coast Guard command to raise its readiness, publish its patrols, and intensify it in the governorate’s coast during the fall season, with the aim of protecting citizens from drowning cases.
