اعلن المجلس الانتقالي عن عدد من الإجراءات الخاصة بمواجهة تفشي وباء كورونا.
وجاء بينها:
نظراً للتطورات الصحية في العاصمة عدن والتأكد من وجود حالات إصابة مؤكدة بفيروس كورونا المستجد، تقرر اتخاذ الاجراءات التالية:
1- إعلان حظر التجوال الشامل (٢٤ساعة) تبدأ عند الساعة ١٢ بعد منتصف ليل الأربعاء ولمدة ثلاثة أيام.
2- استمرار الإغلاق الكُلي لكافة أسواق القات في العاصمة عدن، ومحافظات الجنوب، ويمنع دخوله وبيعه داخل المدن وخارجها.
3- اغلاق مراكز التسوق الكبرى "المولات" لمدة أسبوعين باستثناء مراكز بيع المواد الغذائية والبقالات والخضار .
4- يسمح للفنادق بالعمل بشكل محدود، مع السماح فقط للعائلات بالسكن فيها واتباع الشروط الصحية واتخاذ الإجراءات الأمنية اللازمة.
5- استمرار إغلاق المطاعم لمدة أسبوعين والسماح بالبيع السفري فقط.
6. إغلاق المساجد ومنع صلاة الجماعة لمدة أسبوعين، وحث العلماء والمشائخ وأئمة المساجد على المساعدة في توعية الناس بضرورة الالتزام باجراءات الحظر.
7- تكثيف حملات التوعية بكيفية الوقاية من فيروس كورونا، والعزل الاجتماعي، عبر وسائل الإعلام ونشر أرقام الطوارئ للابلاغ عن أي حالات مشتبه إصابتها بالفيروس.
8- إغلاق المنافذ البرية في كافة محافظات الجنوب مع السماح بدخول البضائع والمحروقات والمواد الإغاثية والسلع التموينية مثل الخضار والفواكه واللحوم والألبان وغيرها.
9- التنسيق مع الغرفة التجارية لتحديد منافذ البيع للسلع الأساسية لكبار التجّار وتحديد أسعار ثابتة وإعلانها للمواطنين.
10- تحديد أنواع المواد الغذائية والدوائية المسموح خروجها من عدن و تحديد الجهة المسؤولة عن صرف التصاريح لمرورها لتكون عبر مكتب الصناعة والتجارة.
11- تحديد التعرفة المناسبة لنقل الثقيل بعد جلوس مكتب النقل ونقابة النقل مع الغرفة التجارية و مكتب الصناعة.
12- يتم التنسيق مع تجار الجملة بحجز كمية من البضائع في مخازنهم احتياطا للمناطق الجنوبية ويسمح لهم بعد ذلك بالتصدير خارجياً.

The Transitional Council has announced a number of measures to tackle the Corona epidemic.
In view of the health developments in the capital, Aden, and to confirm the presence of confirmed cases of the emerging coronavirus, it was decided to take the following measures:
1- Announcing the comprehensive curfew (24 hours), which starts at 12 after midnight on Wednesday for a period of three days.
2- The continued total close of all khat markets in the capital, Aden, and the southern governorates, and preventing its entry and sale inside and outside the cities.
3- Close the major shopping centers "malls" for a period of two weeks, with the exception of food, grocery and vegetable sales centers.
4- Hotels are allowed to work in a limited manner, with families only allowed to live in and follow health conditions and take the necessary security measures.
5- The restaurants are closed for two weeks and travel is allowed only.
6. Closing mosques and preventing congregational prayers for two weeks. He urged scholars, sheikhs, and imams of mosques to help educate people about the need to adhere to the ban procedures.
7. Intensify awareness campaigns on how to prevent corona virus and social isolation through the media and publish emergency numbers to report any suspected cases of the virus.
8- Closing borders in all governorates of the south, while permitting the entry of goods, fuels, relief materials and commodities such as vegetables, fruits, meat, and milk,and others.
9- Coordination with the Chamber of Commerce to define sales outlets for commodities for major merchants and to set fixed prices and announce them to citizens.
10- Determine the types of food and drugstuffs allowed to exit from Aden and specify the authority responsible for issuing permits for their passage to be through the Office of Industry and Trade.
11- Determining the appropriate tariff for heavy transport after the transport office and the transport union sit with the Chamber of Commerce and the Industry .
12- Coordination with wholesalers is carried out by reserving a quantity of goods in their warehouses, as a precaution for the southern regions, and they are then allowed to export abroad.
