أكدت وزارة الخارجية السعودية حرص حكومة المملكة على أمن واستقرار اليمن وسعيها لتنفيذ اتفاق الرياض، وذلك تحقيقاً لغاياته وأهدافه التي يأتي على رأسها تأمين العيش الكريم بأمان واستقرار للشعب اليمني، ومكافحة الإرهـاب بكل أشكاله.
وشددت الوزارة على أن المملكة تعمل انطلاقاً من ذلك على إنشاء مشاريع تنموية مختلفة وإنهاء مشاريع قيد الإنشاء في جميع المحافظات، امتداداً للدعم الذي لم تتوان المملكة في تقديمه، واستمراراً للعناية بالشعب اليمني الشقيق.
وأشارت إلى أن المملكة تدعو طرفي اتفاق الرياض للعمل معها لتنفيذ الاتفاق مقدمين المصالح العليا بشعور المسؤولية الوطنية المعهودة عنهما، دون تصعيد يفوت فرصاً يتحقق بكسبها مصلحة اليمنيين.
ودعت المملكة الجميع للعمل سوياً لحل الخلافات والتحديات التي تواجه تنفيذ الاتفاق، بعيداً عن المهاترات الإعلامية، التي لا تخدم المصلحة وتزيد الفجوة بين الأشقاء، ولا تهيئ الأجواء الملائمة للمضي في تنفيذه.
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed the Kingdom’s keenness on the security and stability of Yemen and its endeavor to implement the Riyadh Agreement, in order to achieve its goals and objectives, which come at the forefront of securing a decent life in safety and stability for the Yemeni people, and combating terrorism in all its forms.
The Ministry stressed that the Kingdom is working accordingly to establish various development projects and end projects under construction in all governorates, as an extension of the support that the Kingdom has not provided, and as a continuation of care for Yemeni people.
It pointed out that the Kingdom invites the parties to the Riyadh agreement to work with it to implement the agreement, offering the highest interests with a sense of the usual national responsibility for them, without escalation, which misses opportunities to be gained by winning the interests of the Yemenis.
The Kingdom called on everyone to work together to resolve the differences and challenges facing the implementation of the agreement, away from media polemics, which do not serve the interest and increase the gap between the them, and do not create the appropriate atmosphere to proceed with its implementation.
